Designing a Seamless Multi-Country Platform for SEI’s Green Transition Initiative

I led the website concept, UX/UI design, and CMS architecture for Green Agenda, an international project by the Stockholm Environment Institute (SEI). Trusting my expertise, SEI needed a clean, intuitive, and scalable platform to unify initiatives across Armenia, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine. I designed a centralized CMS split across four countries, allowing seamless content management while maintaining regional autonomy. The result is a cohesive, user-friendly digital experience that strengthens SEI’s mission to drive green policy harmonization with EU standards.
